摘要
为贯彻落实“双碳”战略,拟在110 kV变电站建筑屋面配置光伏组件并接入变电站站用电系统,作为站内负荷的补充电源。介绍了光伏接入的3种方案,并从设备特点、相关文件要求、供电公司运维习惯等角度进行分析比较,给出了推荐方案。最后简要讨论了光伏逆变器的防孤岛保护功能,提出了防孤岛保护与站内其他保护的配合方案。
In order to implement the"double carbon"strategy,it is proposed to configure photovoltaic modules on the roof of 110 kV substation building and connect them to the substation station power system as supplementary power source for the load in the station.This paper introduces three schemes of photovoltaic access,and analyzes and compares them from the aspects of equipment characteristics,relevant document requirements and power supply company operation and maintenance habits,and presents a recommended scheme.Finally,the anti-island protection function of PV inverter is briefly discussed,and the cooperation scheme is proposed between anti-island protection and other protection in the station.
