摘要
目的分析不同病理类型的非小细胞肺癌CT征象与血尿酸水平的相关性。方法回归性分析经病理证实的182例非小细胞肺癌的CT征象,包括瘤体最大径、分叶征、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征、空泡征及CT增强强化程度;采用尿素酶法检测患者血尿酸值。分析患者CT征象与血尿酸水平的关系。结果男性患者血尿酸水平高于女性患者,有吸烟史患者血尿酸水平高于无吸烟史患者,鳞状细胞癌血尿酸水平高于腺癌;部分CT征象血尿酸水平间差异有显著性(P<0.05),其中分叶征各组间差异均有显著性(P<0.05);胸膜凹陷征Ⅰ度与Ⅲ度组间差异有显著性(P<0.05),Ⅲ度与0度组间差异有显著性(P<0.05);CT增强不明显强化组血尿酸高于明显强化组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平与患者的临床资料、CT征象有一定的关系,将血尿酸检测与CT检查相结合,可对肺癌的早期诊断及预后提供新的参考依据。
Objective To analyze the correlation between CT signs and serum uric acid detection in different pathological types of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Regression analysis of CT signs of 182 cases of non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by pathology,including maximum diameter of tumor,lobulation,spiculation,pleural indentation,vacuole sign and CT enhancement degree;all patients were tested for blood by urease method.Results The serum uric acid level of male patients was higher than that of female patients.The serum uric acid level of patients with smoking history is higher than that of non-smoking patients.The serum uric acid level of squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of adenocarcinoma.The difference of serum uric acid levels in partial CT signs was significant(P<0.05),and the differences between the groups of lobulation were statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between theⅠdegree and theⅢdegree of pleural indentation was statistically significant(P<0.05),there are statistically significant between theⅢdegree and the 0 degree of pleural indentation(P<0.05);The serum uric acid was not significantly higher in the intensive group of CT enhancement than in the significantly enhanced group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of serum uric acid has something to do with the clinical data and CT signs of patients.Combining serum uric acid detection with CT examination provides a new reference for the early diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.
