摘要
为了解决西部煤矿富水弱胶结顶板巷道支护优化设计的问题,通过对西部煤矿富水弱胶结顶板取芯岩石试件试验研究,得出其岩石试件在浸水24h后即达到浸水饱和状态,在垂向上易发生膨胀变形离层,且单轴抗压强度较常态下降低了18.9%。根据试验结果及现场实际地质情况,提出了断面优化、顶板支护锚固力增强优化技术、巷道的梯度锚固优化技术这三种针对性的巷道支护优化设计。现场观测结果表明:在经过巷道支护优化后,巷道掘进期间顶板浅深部离层绝大多数都在0~10mm内分布,巷道围岩锚杆(索)增幅载荷大部分在11~30kN分布,均在锚杆及锚索的承载能力范围内,巷道掘巷期间矿压显现不明显。实现了巷道掘进安全支护,同时为西部煤矿富水弱胶结顶板巷道支护进行了优化支护实践论证。
In order to optimize the roadway support design under water-rich and weakly cemented roof for coal mines in western China,such coring rock samples was tested,the samples was water-saturated after 24 hours water immersion,which were prone to expansion deformation and bed separation in the vertical direction,and the uniaxial compressive strength was 18.9%lower than the normal.According to the test results and the actual geological conditions on site,three targeted roadway support optimization methods were proposed,comprising section optimization,roof support anchoring force enhancement and roadway gradient anchoring.The field observation results show that after the optimization,most of the shallow and deep bed separation of the roof were distributed within 0~10 mm during roadway excavation,and the increased load of the bolt(cable)of the surrounding rock of the roadway was mostly distributed within the range of 11~30 kN,within the bearing capacity of the bolt and cable.And the ground pressure was not obvious during roadway excavation,the excavation safety was ensured with the optimized support.
