爆破振动作用下大巷围岩稳定性监测研究

摘要 露天煤矿爆破振动对周边矿井的安全生产存在影响,以神东矿区上湾煤矿三盘区大巷距武家塔露天煤矿北部境界20 m为研究对象,采用巷道围岩声波监测技术在巷道帮部多处爆破集中区布设声波测试孔,测试截面分别布置于迎爆面围岩和背爆面围岩,每个测试点布置4个测孔,孔间距为1.5 m,对露天矿开采期间上湾煤矿的大巷围岩进行了实时监测,分析结果表明:巷道围岩沿孔深各侧的围岩性质均有显著差异,且随着爆破作业次数增加和爆破距离不断的临近,爆破振动强度将逐渐增强;爆破振动的声速分析,围岩完整程度具有围岩性质微小劣化,低频成分占比重大,但劣化范围均处于合理的范围,巷道处于稳定状态;巷道背爆侧围岩的损伤增量小于巷道迎爆侧围岩。为了保证巷道稳定性,因此后续爆破作业应严格按照减振爆破方案进行爆破作业。 Aiming at the impact of blasting vibration in open-pit coal mines on the safety production of surrounding mines,taking the main roadway of Shangwan Coal Mine in Shendong mining area 20 m away from the northern boundary of Wujiata Open-pit Coal Mine as the research background,the roadway surrounding rock acoustic wave was monitoring technology was used in the roadway side acoustic test holes arranged in several blasting concentrated areas in the central part,and the test sections were respectively arranged in the surrounding rocks on the blasting face and the back blasting face.Four measuring holes are arranged at each test point,and the hole spacing is 1.5 m.The surrounding rock of the roadway in Shangwan Coal Mine was monitored in real time,and the analysis results show that,the surrounding rock properties of the roadway along the drilling hole are significantly different,and with the increase in the number of blasting operations and the approaching blasting distance,the intensity of blasting vibration gradually increases;The sound velocity analysis of the blasting vibration shows that the integrity of the surrounding rock has a slight deterioration in the nature of the surrounding rock,and the low-frequency and low-frequency components account for a large proportion,but the range of deterioration is within a reasonable range,and the roadway is stable;The damage increment is smaller than that of the surrounding rock on the blast-facing side of the roadway,which means that the damage degree of the surrounding rock on both sides is relatively small.In order to ensure the roadway stability,subsequent blasting operations should be carried out in strict accordance with the vibration reduction blasting plan.
