摘要
“双碳”目标和煤炭行业转型升级已经成为国家层面的重大战略,需要大量的高素质人才。煤炭智能绿色开采、煤炭清洁高效利用以及煤炭与清洁能源协同发展,这三个方面对高校的人才培养提出了新的要求,高校的培养方案要随之合理地进行优化。煤炭行业特色院校要适应新时代人才培养的新思路,开发新专业、新标准、新教材,开设煤炭行业所需的多学科交叉新型能源专业,搭建更好的煤炭行业专业人才培养平台。
The double-carbon goal and the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry have become a major strategy at the national level,which requires a large number of high-quality talents.Intelligent green mining of coal,clean and efficient utilization of coal,and coordinated development of coal and clean energy put forward new requirements for talent training in colleges and universities,and the training program in colleges and universities should be rationally optimized.Colleges and universities with coal industry characteristics should adapt to the new ideas of talent training in the new era,develop new majors,new standards and new textbooks,set up multidisciplinary new energy majors required by the coal industry,and build a better platform for professional talent training in the coal industry.
