摘要
能源、经济和生态环境相辅相成,它们之间的耦合协调发展评价可为地区实现可持续发展提供政策参考。基于2005—2017年黄河流域流经9个省(区)的数据,构建能源-经济-环境(3E)系统耦合协调发展评价体系,利用综合赋权法和耦合协调评价模型对其进行测算。结果表明:黄河流域能源、经济与环境之间的协调发展仍然存在矛盾;2005—2017年,黄河流域3E系统耦合协调发展呈现出从勉强协调到高度协调趋势,不同子系统之间存在显著差异;9省(区)3E系统耦合协调发展也呈现出勉强协调到高度协调的时间演化趋势;从空间差异视角分析,黄河流域3E系统耦合协调发展仅处于勉强协调水平,且呈现显著的省(区)差异,其中,青海省、四川省3E系统耦合协调发展处于中度协调水平,远高于其他省(区)。
Energy,economy,and ecological environment complement each other,and the evaluation of the coupling and coordinated development between them can provide a policy reference for regional sustainable development.Based on the data of 9 provinces and regions in the Yellow River Basin from 2005 to 2017,an energy-economy-environment(3E)system coupling and coordinated development evaluation system was constructed,and it was calculated using the comprehensive weighting method and the coupling coordination evaluation model.The results show that there are still contradictions in the coordinated development of energy,economy and environment in the Yellow River Basin.From 2005 to 2017,the coordinated development of the 3E system in the Yellow River Basin showed a trend from barely coordinated to highly coordinated,with significant differences among different subsystems.Coupling and coordinated development of 3E systems in 9 provinces and regions also showed a time evolution trend from barely coordinated to highly coordinated.From the perspective of spatial differences,the coordinated development of the 3E system in the Yellow River Basin is only at a barely coordinated level,and there are significant differences between provinces and regions.Among them,the coordinated development of 3E systems in Qinghai and Sichuan provinces is at a moderate level of coordination,much higher than other provinces.
