采煤工作面多智能系统协同控制技术探讨 被引量:6

摘要 以山东能源集团有限公司为例,分析当前采煤工作面智能化建设现状,论述液压支架、采煤机、刮板输送机等主要技术装备发展情况,指出当前智能采煤系统只是以采煤工作面"三机"协同为出发点的局部系统控制,存在各系统间交互融合与协调配合差,不能多系统联动进行智能协同分析决策等问题。借鉴多智能体系统概念,提出采煤工作面全要素、多系统协同控制的思路和模型。通过将多系统作为一个有机整体,全面分析系统间相互影响,统筹进行感知层-动作层-决策层建设,构建形成智能综合协同控制暨"煤矿大脑"系统,实现真正的智能感知、智能控制、智能决策,建设符合常态化运行需求的智能化矿山。 This study is analyzing the current situation of the coal mining face construction using Shandong Energy Group Ltd.as example,and discussing the development of main technical equipments such as hydraulic support,coal mining machine,scraper,etc.The study is pointing out that the intelligent coal mining system for now is only a partial system control based on the coordination of three machines at the coal mining face,which contains several problems such as poor interactive integration and coordination among various systems,as well as the inability of multi-system linkage to conduct intelligent collaborative analysis and decision-making.Taking a page from the concept of multi-agent systems,the study introduces the idea and model of total factor of coal mining face and multi-system coordinated control.By taking multi-system as an organic integrity,comprehensively analyzing the interaction between the systems,and coordinating the construction of the perception layer-action layer-decision layer,building an intelligent comprehensive collaborative control and"colliery brain"system,the true intelligent perception,intelligent control and intelligent decision making will achieve,and the intelligent colliery that meets the requirements of normal operation will be built.
