摘要
随着煤矿智能化发展的进程加快,灵新煤矿开始了智能化矿山建设的探索,推广应用了综采智能化采煤成套技术,为了提高视频监控系统的应用范围和效果,针对当前视频监控系统的覆盖范围不足、监控区域覆盖不全面问题提出了优化探索的解决方案,在051608综采工作面刮板输送机机尾、中部槽、机头转载点及巷道带式输送机机尾转载点、机头转载点等区域加装了监控视频,使得监控范围扩大至整个生产沿线的重点区域。在实际应用中,减少了设备停机后原因的问答等环节,视频清晰直观地展现了设备的运行工况,监控中心能够根据视频显示及时有效启停设备。并且针对当前视频监控系统存在的困境,结合了当前采煤机机载视频应用效果差的问题及原因分析,提出了针对视频监控系统的发展愿景展望,为当前视频监控系统的应用及发展提供了技术支持。
With the advance of the intelligent development of coal mines,Lingxin Coal Mine started to explore the construction of intelligent mines and promoted the application of fully-mechanized intelligent mining technology.In order to improve the application scope and effects of the video surveillance system,an optimized and explored solution was proposed to solve the problems of insufficient coverage of the current video surveillance system and incomplete coverage of the surveillance area.Surveillance video has been installed in the tail,middle trough,transfer point of the scraper conveyor at 051608 fully-mechanized mining faceas well as the tail transfer pointand transfer point of roadway belt conveyor,so that the scope of monitoring can be expanded to the entire production line of the key areas.In practical applications,questions and answers about the reasons for the equipment shut down were reduced.The video shows the working condition of the equipment clearly and directly,and the monitoring center can start and stop the equipment in a timely and effective manner according to the video display.And in view of the difficulties of video monitoring system at present,combined with the problems of the poor application effect of video on-board shearer and the analysis of the reasons,the development prospect of video monitoring system is put forward,which provides technical support for the application and development of current video monitoring system.
