摘要
目前针对齿轮箱的传统监测系统多数都是采用有线数据传输的方式进行监测,而传统的有线监测距离短、成本高、灵活性差。针对这些问题设计了一种以32位Cortex-M3内核STM32F103C8T6和CC2530组成无线收发模块,通过构建Zigbee无线局域网络的形式,将传感器采集到的信息实时发送到上位机监测界面。实验结果表明,该无线监测系统工作稳定,能够实时掌握齿轮箱的运行状态,相较于传统有线监测在一定程度上扩大了监测距离,为齿轮箱的无线监测手段提出一种可行的方案。
At present,most of the traditional monitoring systems for gearbox use wired data transmission for monitoring,while the traditional monitoring system is prone to the phenomenon of monitoring and management disconnection.Aiming at these problems,a coordinator composed of stm32f103c8t6 and CC2530 with 32-bit Cortex-M3 core is designed.Through the construction of ZigBee wireless local area network,the information collected by the sensor is sent to the upper computer monitoring interface in real time.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional monitoring method,wireless monitoring can improve the stability of monitoring to the greatest extent in the same efficiency,so as to provide a feasible scheme for wireless monitoring of gearbox.
