摘要
目的:分析微创钻孔引流术在高血压脑出血中的应用价值。方法:选择我院2014年10月-2017年9月收治的96例高血压脑出血患者,随机分成研究组(49例)和对照组(47例),对照组接受开窗血肿清除术治疗,研究组实施微创钻孔引流术治疗,比较两组治疗的效果。结果:研究组术中出血量、手术时长、住院时长显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:HICH患者采用微创钻孔引流术治疗可有效缩短住院和手术时长。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of minimally invasive drilling drainage in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage Methods:A total of 96 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to September2017 were randomly divided into study group(49 cases)and control group(47 cases),while control group received fenestration hematoma removal.The study group The implementation of minimally invasive drilling and drainage treatment,the two groups compared the effect of treatment.Results:The blood loss,operation time and length of stay in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HICH patients treated with minimally invasive drainage can effectively reduce the length of hospitalization.
