摘要
目的探讨抑郁症老年病人应用度洛西汀和米氮平治疗的效果。方法选择我院100例2017年1月-2018年5月老年抑郁症患者。随机分组,度洛西汀治疗组采取度洛西汀治疗,米氮平治疗组则采取米氮平治疗。比较两组老年抑郁症疗效;治疗前后患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、躯体疼痛评分以及睡眠质量。结果两组治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、躯体疼痛评分以及睡眠质量均有所改善,其中,汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分改善幅度两组相似,P>0.05,而躯体疼痛评分中,度洛西汀的改善幅度更大,睡眠质量中,米氮平的改善幅度更大,P<0.05。结论抑郁症老年病人应用度洛西汀和米氮平治疗的效果相似,均可改善抑郁症状,安全性相似,而其中,米氮平可更好改善睡眠,度洛西汀可更好缓解疼痛。
objective:to study the application of elderly patients with depression of duloxetine and mirtazapine treatment effect.Methods:our hospital 100 cases in January 2017-May 2018 elderly patients with depression.A randomized,duloxetine treatment group treated with duloxetine,mirtazapine treatment group were treated with mirtazapine.Compare two groups of curative effect of depression;Before and after the treatment of patients with Hamilton depression rating scale,body pain score and sleep quality.Results:the two groups after treating the body pain score and sleep quality were improved,among them,the Hamilton depression rating scale has improved in the two groups,P>0.05,body pain score,duloxetine amplitude is bigger,the improvement in sleep quality,the improvement of mirtazapine amplitude is bigger,P<0.05.Conclusion:application of elderly patients with depression of duloxetine and mirtazapine treatment effect is similar,all can improve the symptoms of depression,security,and among them,mirtazapine can better improve the sleep,duloxetine can better pain relief.
