摘要
学校文化建设品质提升是新时期学校内涵式发展的重要诉求。在组织文化视角下,学校往往以零散的、机械的、孤立的要素式思维审视学校文化,引发了学校文化建设主体协同性缺失、建设过程割裂等一系列非生态化问题,导致文化建设品质难以有效提升。教育生态学是生态学的思维、观念与方法在教育领域的应用,核心要旨在于以整体的、联系的、动态的生态式思维来审视教育及其与周围环境之间的相互关系。教育生态学视域下的学校文化是由微观系统、中观系统和宏观系统嵌套而成的复合生态系统,系统内各文化要素之间、内部子系统之间、内部与外部环境之间交互作用、协同联动,形成统一的文化整体,不断推动学校文化向前发展。基于此,教育生态学视域下的学校文化建设要从文化主体、建设过程、建设机制出发统合推进,通过加强多主体协同、实现全要素联动、注重内外深度耦合、焕活文化内生机制,全方位提升学校文化建设品质。
The improvement of school culture construction quality is an important demand for the connotative development of schools in the new era.From the perspective of organizational culture,schools often examine school culture with scattered,mechanical,and isolated elementary thinking,which leads to a series of non-ecological problems such as the lack of coordination among the main body of school culture construction and the separation of the construction process,thus making it difficult to effectively improve the quality of culture construction.Ecology of education is the application of ecological thinking,concepts and methods in the field of education.The core is to examine education and its relationship with the surrounding environment from a holistic,connected and dynamic perspective.The school culture in the perspective of educational ecology is a composite ecosystem consisting of micro system,meso system and macro system.Within the system,there is an interaction and coordination between various cultural elements,internal subsystems,and between internal and external environments,which forms a unified cultural whole and constantly promote the development of school culture.Based on this,school culture construction in the perspective of educational ecology should be integratedly promoted from the cultural subject,construction process,and construction mechanism,and comprehensively improve the quality of school culture construction by strengthening multi-subject coordination,realizing all-element linkage,focusing on deep internal and external coupling,and revitalizing the cultural endogenous mechanism.
