摘要 目的:探究MRI与CT在颈动脉狭窄及粥样硬化斑块诊断中的价值和安全性。方法:设置2018年3月—2020年3月为研究区间,择取在我院确诊为缺血性脑血管疾病患者100例为研究对象,所有患者均采取MRI与CT进行诊断,以数字减影血管造影的诊断结果为金标准,分析MRI与CT在颈动脉狭窄及粥样硬化斑块诊断中的价值和安全性。结果:MRI与CT在颈动脉狭窄及粥样硬化斑块诊断中,MRI临床诊断价值明显优于CT诊断,P<0.05。结论:在颈动脉狭窄及粥样硬化斑块诊断中采取MRI进行诊断,相较CT诊断,能够进一步提升临床诊断准确率,对患者早期治疗发挥着显著的效用,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective:To explore the value and safety of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis and atherosclerotic plaque.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2020 as the study interval,100 patients diagnosed with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital were selected as the research object.All patients were diagnosed by MRI and CT.The diagnosis result of subtraction angiography is the gold standard.The value and safety of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis and atherosclerotic plaque are analyzed.Results:Based on the application of MRI and CT in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,the clinical diagnosis value of MRI is significantly better than that of CT diagnosis,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with CT diagnosis,MRI is used for diagnosis in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,which can further improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and play a significant role in the early treatment of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
