寒旱区大型马铃薯贮藏室内不同空间的温度分布试验研究

Experimental Study on Temperature Distribution in Different Spaces of Large-scale Potato Storage Room in Cold and Arid Regions

摘要 为了探究大型马铃薯贮藏室内不同空间的温度变化规律,本研究在我国西北部典型的寒旱区半地下式马铃薯贮藏室内进行试验。在贮藏室内沿着长度方向布置4个传感器平面,将每个平面依传感器的布置分为顶部(A)、中部(B)和底部(C)3个区域。对比分析贮藏室内不同平面同一位置的温度变化,以及同一平面不同位置的温度变化。结果表明:贮藏室内同一平面不同区域温度曲线变化规律相同,但温度变化幅度不同,C区域最大,B区域次之,A区域最小;不同平面同一区域温度沿贮藏室长度方向逐步上升,平面4温度最低,平面1温度最高。本研究为分析大型马铃薯贮藏室贮藏初期的影响因素及改善贮藏环境提供了理论依据,从而减少马铃薯的贮藏损失。 In order to explore the temperature change law of different spaces in a large-scale potato storage room,experiments were conducted in a semi-underground potato storage room in a typical cold and arid area in northwestern China.In the storage room,4 sensor planes were arranged along the length direction,and each plane as divided into three zones(i.e.,A,B,and C)according to the arrangement of the sensors.The temperature changes at the same location on different planes in the storage room and the temperature changes at different locations on the same plane were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the temperature curves of different regions on the same plane in the storage room had the same change law,but the temperature changes were different.The C region was the largest,the B region was the second,and the A region was the smallest.The temperature of the same area on different planes gradually rose along the length of the storage room,with the lowest temperature on plane 4 and the highest temperature on plane 1.This study provided a theoretical basis for analyzing the influencing factors in the early stage of storage in large-scale potato storage room and improving the storage environment,thereby reducing the storage losss of potatoes.
