摘要
目的:分析糖尿病专科门诊护理对糖尿病患者生活方式及血糖水平的影响。方法:2017-02~2018-12为研究期,以同期收治的糖尿病100例,随机分为参照组(基础性护理)和实验组(糖尿病专科门诊护理)。对比应用效果。结果:实验组比较参照组,实验组患者的治疗依从性高,健康生活评分高,低血糖发生率低P<0.05;相对比参照组,实验组患者的健康生活评分更高(P<0.05);比较护理前,护理后患者的血糖控制效果显著,且实验组患者的血糖水平更为稳定,数据对比差异大,满足P<0.05。结论:对糖尿病患者实施糖尿病专科门诊护理,患者治疗依从性高,健康生活得到保障,血糖水平控制效果显著,低血糖事件少,适宜推荐。
Objective:To analyze the effect of diabetes specialist outpatient care on lifestyle and blood glucose levels in diabetic patients.Methods:From February 2017 to December 2018,the study period,100 cases of diabetes admitted to the same period,were randomly divided into reference group(basic care)and experimental group(diabetes specialist outpatient care).Compare application effects.Results:The experimental group compared the reference group.The experimental group had high treatment compliance,high healthy life score,and low incidence of hypoglycemia(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the healthy life score of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05);Before the nursing,the blood sugar control effect of the patients after treatment was significant,and the blood glucose level of the experimental group was more stable,and the data contrast was large,which satisfied P<0.05.Conclusion:Diabetes patients with diabetes specialist outpatient care,patients with high compliance,healthy life,blood sugar level control effect,low blood sugar events,suitable for recommendation.
