摘要
目的:观察藿香正气口服液外用治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用平行随机对照试验设计。60例患者随机分为藿香正气口服液组和青鹏软膏组,每组30例。藿香正气口服液组:外用,每日3次。青鹏软膏组:外用,每日2次。疗程为3周。结果:治疗3周后,两组EASI评分分别由治疗前的(4.56±0.57)分、(4.78±0.32)分降到(3.25±0.68)分、(3.31±0.34)分,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);瘙痒程度评分分别由治疗前的(2.34±0.21)分、(2.48±0.24)分降到(0.92±0.34)分、(1.66±0.27)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均没有严重不良事件。结论:藿香正气口服液外用在改善慢性湿疹瘙痒方面疗效显著,且安全性良好。
Objective:To obser ve the clinical efficacy and safety of Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods:A parallel randomized controlled trial design was adopted.Sixty patients were randomly divided into Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid group(n=30)and Qingpeng ointment group(n=30).Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid group:external use,3 times a day.Qingpeng ointment group:external use,twice a day.The course of treatment was 3 weeks.Results:After 3 weeks of treatment,the EASI scores of the two groups decreased from(4.56±0.57),(4.78±0.32)to(3.25±0.68),(3.31±0.34),respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and the score of pruritus decreased from(2.34±0.21),(2.48±0.24)to(0.92±0.34),(1.66±0.27),respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse events in both groups.Conclusion:Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid is effective and safe in improving pruritus of chronic eczema.
