摘要
目的:探讨活血化瘀汤联合早期康复训练对胫骨平台骨折术后康复的影响。方法:将50例胫骨平台骨折患者随机分为研究组(25例)和对照组(25例)。两组均接受锁定板内固定治疗,并于术后进行早期康复训练,研究组在此基础上加用活血化瘀汤治疗,治疗结束后,比较两组临床疗效,并比较治疗前后两组Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评定量表内下肢运动功能评分及疼痛视觉模拟法(VAS)评分。结果:治疗后,两组临床疗效差异显著(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组FMA评分都出现不同程度的提升,而VAS评分则出现下降,且FMA显著高于对照组(P<0.05),VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀汤联合早期康复训练对胫骨平台骨折术后康复具有较好的疗效,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with early rehabilitation training on postoperative rehabilitation of tibial plateau fracture.Methods:50 patients with tibial plateau fracture were randomly divided into study group(n=25)and control group(n=25).Both groups were treated with locking plate,and early rehabilitation training was carried out after the operation.The study group was treated with Huoxue Huayu Decoction on this basis.After the treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the lower limb motor function score in the FMA rating scale and the VAS score in the two groups of patients before and after the treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The FMA(VAS)score of the two groups was significantly higher(lower)than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the FMA was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with early rehabilitation training has a good effect on postoperative rehabilitation of tibial plateau fracture,which is worthy of clinical application.
