摘要
目的:观察复元活血汤加减联合手法复位石膏固定治疗伸直型桡骨远端骨折临床疗效。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年12月就诊于安徽中医药大学第一附属医院骨伤科且符合纳入标准的68例伸直型桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(34例)和对照组(34例)。对照组在治疗上予以手法复位石膏固定,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上加用口服复原活血汤加减。比较两组治疗后骨折愈合情况、腕关节G-W功能状况、关节活动度、治疗有效率及并发症情况。结果:观察组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合情况、腕关节功能状况、关节活动度改善情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复原活血汤加减联合手法复位石膏固定可加速伸直型桡骨远端骨折肿胀及疼痛消退时间、促进骨折愈合、改善关节功能,提高生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with manual reduction and plaster fixation in the treatment of extension distal radius fracture.Methods:68 patients with extended distal radius fracture in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology,the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=34).The control group was treated with manual reduction and plaster fixation,and the observation group was treated with oral Fuyuan Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The fracture healing,wrist GmurW function,range of motion,effective rate and complications were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the fracture healing,wrist function and range of motion in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with manual reduction and plaster fixation can accelerate the swelling and pain regression time of distal radius fracture,promote fracture healing,improve joint function and improve the quality of life.
