棕色脂肪细胞分化的分子调控及研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,对棕色脂肪细胞(brown adipose tissue,BAT)分化的分子进行调控,已成为主要研究方向,研究中发现BAT分化过程中有许多新的分子和蛋白参与。BAT其特点是组织中有丰富的毛细血管,脂肪细胞内散在许多小脂滴,线粒体大而丰富,核圆形,位于细胞中央。这种脂肪细胞称为多泡脂肪细胞。BAT在成人极少或无,新生儿及冬眠动物较多,在新生儿主要分布在肩胛间区、腋窝及颈后部等处。
