意识障碍的主要分类、临床特征与评估方法研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 颅脑创伤、脑血管病变和缺血缺氧性脑损伤等多种病因都可以导致意识障碍,尽快做出准确的诊断有利于制定个性化的治疗方案。然而,准确诊断意识障碍的患者极具挑战性,如果未使用专门设计的行为量表或应用不熟练都可导致误诊,甚至严重的医疗决策误判.
