骨关节炎基因组学研究进展

摘要 骨关节炎(OA)是致残的原因之一。随着基因组学在OA中的大量检测,已从OA的发生、发展、诊断、治疗中筛选出差异基因,针对这些差异基因可进行有效的干预,有望突破OA治疗的瓶颈。本文就基因组学在OA的研究进展作一综述。
