摘要
碎煤机是火力发电厂中重要的辅助设备,支撑结构采用刚性基础或弹簧隔振基础,刚性基础设计的主要依据为《火力发电厂土建结构设计技术规程》DL5022-2012(简称《土规》),目前有些工程条件超出了规范原来的条件和基本假定,此时如何设计值得研究。通过计算分析研究找到《土规》原条文编制的基本假定,根据现有工程条件进行了更新完善,完成了修改工作,研究成果纳入规范,指导工程设计。
Coal crusher is an important auxiliary equipment in the thermal power plant.The supporting structure adopts rigid foundation or spring vibration isolation foundation.The main basis of rigid foundation design is"technical code for the design of civil structure of thermal power plant".At present,some engineering conditions are beyond the original conditions and basic assumptions of the code.At this time,how to design is worth studying.In this paper,the basic assumption of the original provisions of the"code"is found through calculation and analysis.According to the existing engineering conditions,it is updated and improved,and the modification work is completed,which is written into the code to guide the engineering design.
