摘要
中央把稳就业放在"六稳"工作的首位,政府报告又将就业优先政策置于宏观政策层面,体现了国家对就业问题的高度重视。大学毕业生是我国就业人群的主体,其就业稳定性关乎我国整体就业稳定。文章以往届高校毕业生为调查对象,对他们进行就业稳定性调查。调查主要从毕业生的就业情况、专业对口程度、离职原因、职业规划教育等角度对毕业生的就业稳定问题进行研究,对高校毕业生就业稳定情况进行分析,提出促进大学生就业稳定性的对策建议。
The government has placed employment issues into priority,while the employment priority policy has also been brought into the macro level.Being the mainstay of the employment group,college graduates’employment stability is closely related to the overall employment stability in China.A survey has been conducted with previous graduated college students regarding their employment stability.Factors including the employment situation,the degree of specialty counterparts,causes for job-hopping and career planning education have been investigated to propose suggestions for promoting the employment stability of college students.
