摘要
目的探讨血浆游离氨基酸及热休克蛋白检测在肺结核诊断中的应用价值。方法选取攀枝花市第四人民医院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的90例肺结核患者作为观察组,并选取同期90例健康人员作为对照组。检测并比较两组血浆游离氨基酸及热休克蛋白含量,并比较观察组中不同分期与严重程度患者血浆游离氨基酸及热休克蛋白含量。结果观察组血浆缬氨酸、亮氨酸、甘氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、蛋氨酸含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中进展期患者血浆缬氨酸、亮氨酸、甘氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、蛋氨酸含量低于好转期、稳定期患者(P<0.05)。观察组中重症患者血浆缬氨酸、亮氨酸、甘氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、蛋氨酸含量低于轻症患者(P<0.05)。观察组血浆热休克蛋白60、热休克蛋白70、热休克蛋白90含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中进展期患者血浆热休克蛋白60、热休克蛋白70、热休克蛋白90含量高于好转期和稳定期患者(P<0.05)。观察组中重症患者血浆热休克蛋白60、热休克蛋白70、热休克蛋白90含量高于轻症患者(P<0.05)。结论肺结核患者血浆游离氨基酸及热休克蛋白呈现异常表达,在肺结核诊断中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of plasma free amino acids and heat shock proteins in the detection of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with tuberculosis were selected from January 2017 to January 2018 in Fourth People’s Hospital Panzhihua City,which were selected as the observation group.90 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.The contents of free amino acids and heat shock proteins in plasma were measured and compared between the two groups.Results The contents of plasma valine,leucine,glycine,threonine,serine and methionine in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The contents of plasma valine,leucine,glycine,threonine,serine and methionine in the advanced patients of the control group were lower than the improved and stable patients(P<0.05).The contents of plasma valine,leucine,glycine,threonine,serine and methionine in severe patients of the control group were lower than light patients(P<0.05).The levels of HSP60,HSP70 and HSP90 in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of HSP60,HSP70 and HSP90 in the advanced patients of the control group were higher than the improved and stable patients(P<0.05).The levels of HSP60,HSP70 and HSP90 in severe patients of the control group were higher than light patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of plasma free amino acids and heat shock proteins was abnormal,which has high application value in the detection of pulmonary tuberculosis.
