摘要
目的观察黄连汤联合阿奇霉素治疗急性宫颈炎的效果。方法选取2018年3月-2019年3月四川省德昌县中医医院妇产科收治的急性宫颈炎患者70例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组35例,对照组给予阿奇霉素分散片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用黄连汤治疗,对比2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后阴道流液量及排液时间。结果试验组患者总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组的62.86%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者阴道流液量均少于治疗前,排液时间均短于治疗前,且试验组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄连汤联合阿奇霉素分散片治疗急性宫颈炎在临床上有重要的意义。
Objective To observe the effect of Huanglian decoction combined with azithromycin on acute cervicitis.Methods 70 patients with acute cervicitis treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Dechang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Sichuan Province from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was given azithromycin dispersible tablets,the experimental group was treated with Huanglian decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,vaginal fluid volume and drainage time of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of patients in the test group was 85.71%,which was higher than 62.86%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the amount of vaginal fluid in both groups was less than before treatment,the drainage time was shorter than before treatment,and the change in the test group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian decoction combined with azithromycin dispersible tablets has important clinical significance in the treatment of acute cervicitis.
