山西某低品位铝土矿浮选脱硅扩大连选试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 低品位铝土矿直接进入氧化铝生产流程,其生产成本高、经济效益差,正浮选脱硅提质是低品位铝土矿开发利用的一种有效途径。针对山西某低品位铝土矿,在实验室确定了磨矿细度、药剂制度及工艺流程,开展了正浮选脱硅扩大连选试验,在低品位铝土矿原矿Al2O3含量为51.32%,铝硅比为2.60时,经"一粗一精两扫"流程,得到浮选铝精矿平均产率55.24%,Al2O3含量平均为59.10%,铝硅比平均为4.92;尾矿平均产率44.76%,铝硅比平均为1.45。在连选试验期间完成了全流程考察,计算并绘制工艺流程数质量和矿浆流程图,为后续选厂的设计提供了数据支撑。 The low-grade bauxite goes directly into the alumina production process with higher production cost and unfavorable economic benefit,while the positive flotation desilication is an effective way to develop and utilize the low grade bauxite.With respect to the low-grade bauxite mine in Shanxi province,the grinding fineness,reagent system and process flow were determined in the laboratory.A positive flotation desilication pilot test was carried out,in which case the A1203 content of low-grade bauxite raw ore was 51.32% and the Al/Si ratio was 2.60.By adopting the process flow of "one coarse,one fine and two sweeping",the average yield of flotation aluminium concentrate was 55.24%,the average Al2 O3 content was 59.10%,the average Al/Si ratio was 4.92,the average yield of tailing was 44.76% and the average Al/Si ratio was 1.45.The flotation process was investigated during the continuous separation test,the flow chart of quantity,quality and slurry was calculated and drawn,with data support provided for the subsequent design of beneficiation plant.
