摘要
目的研究分析盆底生物反馈电刺激治疗轻中度女性压力性尿失禁的临床效果及对患者满意度的影响。方法本次研究中的观察对象均选自于在天津医科大学第二医院接受治疗的轻中度女性压力性尿失禁患者中,60例患者的治疗时间均在2017年8月—2018年12月期间,遵照单双号分组的原则将上述患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。前一组患者均接受常规盆底肌肉锻炼,后一组患者实施盆底生物反馈电刺激治疗。对两组患者的盆底肌肌电变化客观指标和盆底肌力变化情况进行比较,分析两组患者满意度情况。结果观察组患者治疗后2 s快速收缩sEMG最大值、持续10 s收缩sEMG平均值和60 s耐受收缩sEMG平均值同治疗前和对照组相比,均明显较高P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后盆底肌力明显较治疗前提升,且同对照组相比,明显较高,且观察组患者满意度评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论盆底生物反馈电刺激治疗轻中度女性压力性尿失禁,可促进患者盆底肌肌电及盆底肌力的改善。
Objective To study the analysis of the pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation for treatment of mildto-moderate female stress urinary incontinence and its influence on patient satisfaction.Methods The study of the observed objects are selected from the treated in our hospital in patients with mild-to-moderate female stress urinary incontinence,the treatment time of 60 patients was between August 2017 and December 2018.According to the grouping,the principles of these patients will be divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Before a set of all patients with pelvic floor muscle exercise,a group of patients after the implementation of the pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment.On two groups of patients with pelvic floor muscle electromyography changes,the change of the objective index and pelvic floor muscle strength,patients satisfaction of two groups wasanalyzed.Results Patients after treatment 2 s rapid contraction sEMG maximum,lasts 10 s and 60 s tolerance sEMG average contraction sEMG average compared with before treatment in the observation group were significantly highercompared with control group(P<0.05);Observation group after treatment in patients with pelvic floor muscle strength from a treatment before ascension,and compared with control group,significantly higher,patient satisfaction scores and observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment mild-to-moderate female stress urinary incontinence,pelvic floor muscle electromyography can promote patients and the improvement of the pelvic floor muscle strength.
