摘要
目的探讨自制疝修补术后专用内裤在腹股沟疝无张力修补术后患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年6月至2020年5月于上海市浦东新区周浦医院普外科接受无张力疝修补术治疗的腹股沟疝患者405例作为研究对象。采用历史对照法将2018年6月至2019年5月的患者作为对照组(n=197);将2019年6月至2020年5月的患者作为观察组(n=208)。观察组使用疝修补术后专用内裤,对照组采用传统方法护理,对比两组患者术后首次下床时间、住院天数,并发症发生情况,以及医师、护士及患者对两组护理方法的满意度。结果观察组患者术后首次下床活动时间、住院天数短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者术后切口出血、阴囊血肿/水肿、尿路感染发生率小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组医、护、患对于使用疝修补术后专用内裤的满意度均高于传统方法护理组(P<0.05)。结论使用疝修补术后专用内裤可有效缩短术后首次下床时间及住院天数、可能降低术后并发症发生率,并在一定程度上提高患者满意度,提升护理工作效率。
Objective To investigate the application effect of self-made special underwear for he patients underwent tension-free inguinal repair.Methods A total of 405 patients with inguinal hernia who received tension-free hernia repair in the general surgery department of Shanghai Pudong New District Zhoupu Hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The historical comparison method was used,patients between June 2018 and May 2019 were selected as control group(n=197);patients from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the observation group(n=208).The observation group received special underwear after hernia repair,the control group received traditional nursing,The time of first ambulation after operation,the length of hospital stay,the incidence of complications,and the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients to the two groups of nursing methods were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first ambulation after operation in observation group,the length of stay was significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),observation group suffered from postoperative incision bleeding、scrotal hematoma/edema and the incidence of urinary tract infection were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients in the observation group was higher than that in the traditional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of special underwear after hernia repair can effectively shorten the first time to get out of bed and the length of hospital stay,it may reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and to a certain extent to improve patient satisfaction,improve the efficiency of nursing work.
