摘要
目的探究个性化人文关怀对慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者希望水平的影响。方法选择2017年1月—2019年4月在本院接受维持性血液透析的慢性肾衰竭患者82例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各41例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行个性化人文关怀护理干预,记录两组患者的相关临床数据,对结果进行对比分析。结果行护理干预后,观察组患者的医院焦虑评分(HADS-A)、医院抑郁评分(HADS-D)明显低于对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的心理韧性评分显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的希望水平高于对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论个性化人文关怀应用于慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者,能够缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,增强患者抗力能力,进而提高其希望水平和生活质量。
Objective To explore effects of personalized humanistic care on hope level in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods Eighty-two CRFpatients who underwent MHD in the hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)according to block random grouping method.The control group underwent routine nursing intervention,while observation group underwent personalized humanistic care nursing intervention.The related clinical data in both groups were recorded.The results were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing intervention,scores of Hospital Anxiety And Depression Scale For Anxiety(HADS-A)and Hospital Anxiety And Depression Scale For Depression(HADS-D)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The score of psychological resilience in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The hope level of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of personalized humanistic care in CRF patients undergoing MHDcould relieve their anxiety and depression,enhance resistance ability,and thus improve their hope level and quality of life.
