摘要
目的了解徐汇区精神障碍患者看护人的看护现状,为制定看护政策决策提供依据。方法通过查阅文献,自行编制《看护人监护能力与需求调查问卷》,对所有调查对象进行统一问卷调查。共调查721名看护人。应用描述性分析、χ2检验、t检验进行统计分析。结果徐汇区看护人看护能力知识平均知晓率为81.8%,看护人对患者所服用药物的副作用的知晓率最低(64.6%)。分组比较,家庭看护组的看护能力总分[(17.29±3.980)分]高于协助看护组[(15.73±4.490)分],两者差异具有统计学意义(t=5.307,P=0.000)。需求调查方面以"精神障碍者可用的经济援助"(79.8%)和"社区精神障碍者康复服务资源"(76.1%)需求比例最高。结论精神卫生专业人员应对薄弱环节有针对性地开展精神卫生健康教育,关注患者及家属的实际需求,加强精神障碍患者相关经济援助和康复服务等方面的政策宣传,促进患者的有效康复。
Objective To understand the current nurse situation of caregivers of patients with mental disorders,so as to provide reference for formulating nursing policy decisions.Methods Through literature review,the questionnaire of guardianship ability and needs of caregivers was prepared by ourselves,and a unified questionnaire survey was conducted on all respondents.Totally 721 caregivers of patients were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire.The data were collected for a descriptive epidemiological analysis,Chi-square test,and T-test.Results The results showed that the average awareness rate of related knowledge of nursing the mental disorders patients was 81.8%.Only 64.6%of the caregivers could understand the possible side effects when patients taking some medication.The score of nursing abilities of the caregivers from the family members(17.29±3.980)was slightly better than that of assistant care unit(15.73±4.49),and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.307,P=0.000).The financial assistance available to patients was the most needed content(79.8%),followed by the resources for community-based rehabilitation services for persons with mental disorders(76.1%).Conclusions Mental health professionals should mental health professionals should provide targeted mental health education in areas of vulnerability,take the initiative to pay attention to the actual demand of patients and their family members,strengthen policy publicity on financial assistance and rehabilitation services for people with mental disorders,and jointly promote the effective rehabilitation of patients.
