摘要
大口径重载制品缠绕机中,床头箱是最为关键的部件,其传动精度、刚度的高低会直接影响布线精度及缠绕制品的性能,而大口径重载缠绕机床头箱设计的最大难点是在成本可控的情况下尽可能提高传动精度、刚度以及选择不影响传动精度、刚度的前提下便于拆装芯模的联接技术。本文通过对其各种结构形式的分析,阐述了一种新型重载高精密传动床头箱结构设计及计算方法,提出了减速机与主轴间的无隙传动联接技术、便于拆装的主轴与芯模低侧隙联接技术、主轴材料的选取、重要参数的计算方法,并给出了实现上述功能的具体结构形式。
Headstock is the key part of large diameter and heavy load winding machine,it's transmission accuracy and stiffness will directly affect the winding accuracy and the performance of the winding products,The biggest difficulty in the design of the large diameter and heavy load winding machine Headstock is to improve the transmission accuracy and stiffness as much as possible under the controllable cost,and to choose the connection technology that facilitates the disassembly and assembly of the mandrel without affecting the transmission accuracy and stiffness.Structural design and calculation method of a new heavy load and high-precision transmission headstock are introduced through the analysis of all kinds of it's structures in this paper,proposed the technology of gapless transmission connection between reducer and spindle,easy-to-remove small gap connection technology between spindle and mandrel,material selection method for spindle,calculation method of important parameters and giving the specific structural form to achieve the above functions.
