摘要
复合材料板簧作为汽车轻量化的代表,率先实现汽车复合材料工业化。鉴于国外复合材料板簧已经工业化,国内尚处于研制或小批量生产阶段,本文以Volvo XC90和Mercedes-Benz Sprinter两款批产复合材料板簧为论述背景,分别对高压-树脂传递模塑和预浸料模压制备板簧的整套工艺流程进行阐述,涉及原材料、工艺参数、成型设备等。同时,对两种批产工艺生产节拍和制造成本进行对比,如果年产20万件以内,预浸料模压工艺更具有优势。最后,针对复合材料板簧开发现状,提出了建议。
As the representative of lightweight,composite leaf spring takes the lead in realizing the industrialization of automobile composite materials.In view of the industrialization of composite leaf spring in foreign countries and the stage of development or small batch production in China,this paper takes Volvo XC90 and Mercedes Benz sprinter as the background to discuss the high pressure resin transfer molding and prepreg compression respectively The whole technological process of manufacturing leaf spring is described,involving raw materials,technological parameters,forming equipment,etc.At the same time,the production beat and manufacturing cost of the two batch production processes are compared,With an annual output 200 thousand pieces,The Latter has more advantages.Finally,two suggestions are put forward for the development of composite leaf spring.
