摘要
环境监测是环境保护的耳目、基石和顶梁柱,是生态文明建设的重要支撑。通过分析环境监测队伍的建设现状及存在的问题,提出今后人才队伍建设的建议,力求为环境监测工作提供有力的人才支撑。
The environmental monitoring is the foundation of environmental protection,and an important support for the construction of ecological civilization.This paper analyzed the existing problems and current situation of environmental monitoring team and put forward some suggestions for the future construction of the talent team in order to provide strong talent support for the environmental monitoring work.
