摘要
目的:探讨优质化细节护理在脑外伤术后脑积水患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年7月本院收治的84例脑外伤术后脑积水患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组施行优质化细节护理,连续护理至患者出院。对比两组心理状态、并发症、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDA评分均低于对照组,并发症发生率(4.76%)低于对照组(19.05%),有统计学差异(P<0.05);护理前,两组健康调查量表(SF-36)内的各维度评分相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SF-36内的各维度评分高于对照组,护理满意度(92.86%)高于对照组(76.19%),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:优质化细节护理在脑外伤术后脑积水患者中应用效果确切,可减轻其负面情绪,减少并发症,显著的提高其生活质量,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the value of quality detail care in patients with hydrocephalus after Ttrauma.Methods:84 hydrocephalus patients from July 2018 to July 2019 were divided into two groups and 42 each according to random figures.The control group gave routine care,and the observation group performed high-quality detail care,with continuous care until the patient was discharged.Comparing the psychological status,complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistical difference between the two groups of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores(P>0.05);After nursing,the SAS and SDA scores of the observation group were lower than In the control group,the complication rate(4.76%)was lower than that of the control group(19.05%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);before nursing,the scores of each dimension in the health survey scale(SF-36)of the two groups were similar There was no statistical difference(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of all dimensions in SF-36 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction(92.86%)was higher than that of the control group(76.19%).There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality detail nursing in hydrocephalus patients after brain injury is exactly effective,which can reduce their negative emotions,reduce complications,significantly improve their quality of life,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
