摘要
目的分析乳腺癌患者围术期护理服务需求特征及其关联性。方法前瞻性选取2020年3月至2022年8月于我院接受乳腺癌根治术的156例乳腺癌患者。量性研究采用问卷调查的方式收集其一般资料以及围术期对各类护理服务项目的需求,包括护理服务需求内容、频数。质性研究以理论饱和为原则,根据分层抽样法选取18例乳腺癌患者进行访谈,采用Apriori关联分析法分析各项护理服务需求的关联性,计算需求或需求集的支持度、置信度以及提升度。结果乳腺癌患者参与围术期护理服务需求项目总数为94项,包括日常活动、出院指导、健康教育、心理指导、家庭支持、饮食指导、护理技能及态度共7类。质性研究共凝练出3个主题:乳腺癌患者对围术期护理服务的支持度和满意度、乳腺癌患者认为围术期护理服务的不足、乳腺癌患者围术期护理服务的潜在需求。结论乳腺癌患者存在着不同的围术期护理服务需求,临床护理人员可根据需求的关联特点,进行合理的临床护理服务,以提高乳腺癌患者围术期的护理水平。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics and correlation of perioperative nursing service demand of breast cancer patients.Methods:From March 2020 to August 2022,156 patients with breast cancer who underwent radical mastectomy in our hospital were prospectively selected.The quantitative study used questionnaire survey to collect its general data and perioperative demand for various nursing services,including the content and frequency of nursing service demand.Qualitative research is based on the principle of theoretical saturation.Eighteen patients with breast cancer are interviewed by stratified sampling method.Apriori correlation analysis method is used to analyze the relevance of various nursing service demands,and the support,confidence and promotion of demands or demand sets are calculated.Results:There are 94 items for breast cancer patients to participate in perioperative nursing services,including daily activities,discharge guidance,health education,psychological guidance,family support,dietary guidance,nursing skills and attitudes.Qualitative research has condensed three themes:the breast cancer patients'support and satisfaction with perioperative nursing service,breast cancer patients'lack of perioperative nursing service,and their potential demand for perioperative nursing service.Conclusion:Breast cancer patients have different perioperative nursing service needs.Clinical nurses can provide reasonable clinical nursing services according to the related characteristics of the needs,so as to improve the perioperative nursing level of breast cancer patients.
