摘要
介绍了云南农业大学草学学科的发展历程,阐述了整合资源、优化师资,促进草学学科发展的一系列措施及学科建设成效。提出了引进和培养高层次人才是学科发展的必经之路;领导重视、团队合力、高校与科研院所及龙头企业联合办学,是草学学科发展的关键;整合资源、优化团队、把握机遇是加速草学学科发展的重要举措。
The development process of pratacultural science discipline in Yunnan Agricultural University is introduced,the measures to promote the discipline development such as optimizing teaching staff and integrating resources were expounded,and the achievements in discipline construction were elaborated.We propose that the introduction and cultivation of high-level talents are the have-to-take way for the development of pratacultural science discipline;the priority given by leadership,the team cooperation and the joint education by universities,scientific research institutions and enterprises are critical points for the development of pratacultural science discipline;resource integration,team optimization and opportunities grasp are important measures to accelerate the development of pratacultural science discipline.
