摘要
目的:探究柴芪汤对肝郁脾虚型高胆固醇血症患者血清极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)表达及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取我院2019年9月~2020年9月收治的92例肝郁脾虚型高胆固醇血症患者,用随机数字表法将其分为两组,其中对照组46例,观察组46例。对照组予辛伐他汀治疗,观察组予柴芪汤联合辛伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)的水平;并检测两组患者治疗前后血清VLDL、ox-LDL以及血液流变学指标;对比两组不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的总有效率呈明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组HDL-C水平高于对照组,LDL-C、TG、TC水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组相比,观察组患者的血浆粘度、全血低切还原粘度、全血高切还原粘度及红细胞压积低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清VLDL、ox-LDL水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴芪汤可提高肝郁脾虚型高胆固醇血症患者治疗有效率,降低血脂,具有维持VLDL、ox-LDL水平稳定的功能,安全可靠,应用价值较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of Chaiqi Decoction on the expressions of serum very low density lipoprotein(VLDL),oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)and hemorheology for patients with hypercholesterolemia of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,92 patients with hypercholesterolemia of liver depression and spleen deficiency type in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in a controlled group and 46 cases in an observation group.The controlled group was treated with Simvastatin,and the observation group was treated with Chaiqi Decoction combined with Simvastatin.The levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment;before and after treatment,the serum VLDL,ox-LDL and indexes of hemorheology were detected;and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with t the controlled group,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);after treatment,the level of HDL-C in the observation group was higher than the controlled group,while the levels of LDL-C,TG and TC were lower(P<0.05);after treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear reduced viscosity,whole blood high shear reduced viscosity and hematocrit of the observation group were lower than in the controlled group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum VLDL and ox-LDL in the observation group were evidently lower(P<0.05);the adverse reactions rate in the observation group was less than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaiqi Decoction can improve the treatment efficiency of hypercholesterolemia of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type,reduce blood lipid,effectively improve liver function,and maintain the stable level of VLDL and ox-LDL,which is safe and reliable,and has high application value.
