摘要
目的:改进止嗽立效丸中麻黄的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:对麻黄鉴别中供试品溶液的制备、展开剂体系进行了改进,并对新方法进行了方法学考察。结果:改进后的方法能获得斑点清晰、分离度好的薄层色谱图,且无干扰,适应性较强。结论:改进后薄层色谱法操作简便,专属性强,可以用于止嗽立效丸中主要药材麻黄的鉴别。
Objective:To improve a method for the identification of Ephedrae Herbain in Zhisoulixiao Pill by thin-layer chromatography(TLC).Methods:The preparation of test solution and the developing agent conditions were improved.The methodology research of the new method was also empolyed.Results:The characteristic spots could be clearly detected by the improved method with good resolution and no interference.The improved method had a good adaptability.Conclusion:This method is safe,has convenient operationand strong specificity,can be used as a new method for the thin-layer identification of Ephedrae Herbain in Zhisoulixiao Pill.
