摘要
随着勘探开采难度的增加和环保要求的提高,对钻井液固控系统的性能要求也日益增高。本文针对厄瓜多尔钻井液固控系统配套、岩屑处理和废水处理现状进行分析,基于环境保护和成本控制,对固控设备的配置和化学处理剂的配方两方面进行了优化,有效的提高了钻井液体系中有害固相的控制效率和钻井液的最终处理能力。
With the increasing difficulty of exploration and exploitation and the improvement of environmental protection requirements,the performance requirements of drilling fluid solid control system are also increasing.This paper analyzes the solid control system,cuttings treatment and wastewater treatment in Ecuador.Based on environmental protection and cost control,the configuration of solid control equipment and the formulation of chemical treatment agent are optimized,which effectively improves the control efficiency of harmful solid in drilling fluid and the final treatment capacity of drilling fluid.
