摘要
采煤机在煤炭生产过程中会出现多种问题,不但降低了煤炭生产效率,还在一定程度上威胁着施工人员的生命财产安全。基于此,对采煤机电动机检修生产过程中存在的问题进行相应研究,针对性地提出了提高定子线圈绝缘强度、优化鼠笼转子、提高机座止口质量、优化转子轴轴向运行、减少振动和噪声的方法等解决措施,并对检修时需要注意的问题进行分析,以保证采煤作业的顺利进行。
There will be many problems in the coal production process of shearer,which not only reduces the coal production efficiency,but also threatens the life and property safety of constructors to a certain extent.Based on this,the problems existing in the maintenance and production process of shearer motor are studied,and the solutions such as improving the insulation strength of stator coil,optimizing squirrel cage rotor,improving the quality of base rabbet,optimizing the axial operation of rotor shaft and reducing vibration and noise are put forward.The problems needing attention in maintenance are analyzed to ensure the smooth progress of coal mining operation.
