摘要
2011年以来,中国海洋油气行业积极适应国内国际形势的新发展新要求,坚定不移走高质量发展新道路。原油产量逆势回升,增储上产贡献显著,海洋油气产业增加值保持较高水平,对外合作铺就深海油气开发大道,科技水平快速提升,助力进军深海。“十四五”期间,中国海洋石油集团将持续提升油气勘探开发和投资力度,努力争当国内油气增储上产的主力军,锚定碳达峰、碳中和目标,加快推动公司能源转型,努力争当能源绿色低碳转型的生力军,充分发挥海洋油气领域科技攻关国家队的作用,努力争当科技攻关的先锋队,努力在“十四五”发展新征程中为中国海洋油气产业发展贡献力量。
Since 2011,China’s offshore oil and gas industry has been actively adapting to the new development and requirements of the domestic and international situation,and steadfastly taking a new path of high-quality development.The crude oil production has rebounded against the trend;the enlarged reserves and production has contributed significantly to the society;the increase value of the offshore oil and gas industry has maintained a high level;the foreign cooperation has paved the way for deep water oil and gas development,and the science and technology has rapidly advanced,helping to enter the deep sea.During“the 14th Five-Year Plan”,CNOOC will continue to enhance oil and gas exploration and investment,strive to be the main force in enlarging domestic oil and gas reserves and production,anchor on the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,accelerate the company’s energy transformation,aspire to be the driving force in green and low-carbon transformation,give full play to the role of the national team in scientific and technological research in the field of offshore oil and gas,be the vanguard of scientific and technological research,and spare no effort to the development of China’s offshore oil and gas industry in the new journey of“the 14th Five-Year Plan”.
