聚丙烯-混凝土保温材料的研发及其性能分析 被引量:3

Research and development of new polypropylene-water glass thermal insulation material and its performance experimental analysis

摘要 在水泥中掺入不同比例的纺织材料聚丙烯和发泡剂水玻璃,以确定最佳配合比,并进一步测定复合材料的导热系数、耐高温性、抗压强度、吸水性和吸湿性。通过试验得出:随着聚丙烯含量的增加,复合材料的导热系数逐渐降低;在高温作用下,复合材料的抗压强度先增加后降低;随着聚丙烯含量的增加,复合材料的吸水率、吸湿率先增加后降低;随着水玻璃含量的增加,复合材料的导热系数先降低后增加。试验结果表明,掺入10%的聚丙烯和4%的水玻璃为最优配比,研发出的新型聚丙烯-水玻璃保温材料经测试能够在节能领域发挥作用。 Different proportions of textile material polypropylene and foaming agent sodium silicate are added into cement to determine the optimum mix ratio,and the thermal conductivity,high temperature resistance,compressive strength,water absorption and moisture absorption of the composites are further determined.The results show that with the increase of polypropylene content,the thermal conductivity of the composites decreases gradually;the compressive strength of the composites increases first and then decreases under high temperature;with the increase of polypropylene content,the water absorption and moisture absorption of the composites increase first and then decrease.With the increase of sodium silicate content,the thermal conductivity of the composites increases first and then decreases.According to the experimental results,it is suggested that 10% polypropylene and 4% sodium silicate should be blended into the new polypropylene-sodium silicate insulation material,which can play an important role in the field of energy saving after testing.
