摘要
用柞蚕茧制备的丝素蛋白纺制丝素蛋白纤维毡,并利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X衍射等对纺制的纤维毡进行观察与表征。研究表明,静电纺丝纺制的丝素蛋白纤维粗细均匀,层合的纤维毡错落有序,且纺制的丝素蛋白纤维在分子结构上保持了丝素蛋白分子结构的特点,热学性能有所提升;层合数为45层时,纤维毡对金属离子的吸附能力达到最佳。
Silk fibroin fiber felt is spun from silk fibroin protein prepared from tussah silkworm cocoon and the fiber felt is observed and characterized by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction.The results show that the fibroin protein fibers spun by electrostatic spinning are uniform in thickness,the laminated fiber felt is scattered in an orderly manner,the molecular structure of the spun fibroin protein fibers maintain the characteristics of the molecular structure of fibroin protein,the thermal properties improve,and the adsorption capacity of metal reaches the best when the composite number of silk fibroin fiber is 45 layers.
