摘要
体外预应力加固技术,对于较小跨径桥梁加固应用已趋于成熟,但在大跨径连续刚构桥加固方面的研究仍面临诸多挑战。以贵州某连续刚构旧桥成功加固实例为背景,参考简支梁体外预应力加固的布束思路,提出了连续刚构桥体外预应力加固的"空间优化折线法",并实现了体外预应力加固布束的优化。通过有限元仿真分析,以及加固过程施工监控的主梁变形、应力对比分析,可得出:采用"空间优化折线法"对连续刚构桥进行体外预应力加固的方法是可行的,能适当恢复桥梁线形,阻止跨中持续下挠,提高应力储备,从而有效的提高了结构承载能力,达到了加固目的,实现了设计目标。
At present,the application of reinforcement technology for small span bridges has become mature,but there are still many challenges in the research of reinforcement technology for long-span continuous rigid frame bridges.Based on the background of an old continuous rigid frame bridge reinforcement project in Guizhou,and referring to the idea of external prestressing reinforcement of simply supported beams,this paper puts forward the"space optimization broken line method"for external prestressing reinforcement of continuous rigid frame bridges,and realizes the optimization of external prestressing reinforcement.Through the finite element simulation analysis and the comparative analysis of the deformation and stress of the main girder monitored during the reinforcement process,it can be concluded that the method of external prestressing reinforcement of the continuous rigid frame bridge by using the"space optimization broken line method"is feasible,which can properly restore the structural alignment,prevent the continuous deflection in the middle of the span,and improve the stress reserve,thus effectively restrain the generation of cracks and continue to crack.The purpose of reinforcement is achieved and the design goal is achieved.
