摘要
目的:观察手术室整体护理对高龄腹腔镜手术后患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法:将96例腹腔镜手术术后高龄患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组患者治疗期间实施常规护理,观察组患者治疗期间实施手术室整体护理。观察比较护理前后Zung氏焦虑量表评分(SAS)、抑郁量表评分(SDS)、简明健康状况问卷评分(SF-36)的变化情况。结果:①护理前后组内比较,两组SAS、SDS评分均明显降低(P<0.05);组间护理后比较,观察组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。②护理前后组内比较,两组SF-36各项评分均明显升高(P<0.05);组间护理后比较,观察组SF-36各项评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在护理高龄腹腔镜手术患者期间,对其采取手术室整体护理方式能够显著改善患者负面情绪,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To observe the influence of holistic nursing in operating room on elderly patients’psychological state and life quality after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:Ninety-six elderly patients after laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each group.During the treatment,patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were treated with holistic nursing in the operating room.The changes of Zung anxiety Scale(SAS),Depression Scale(SDS)and Brief Health Questionnaire(SF-36)scores were observed and compared before and after nursing.Results:①After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly deceased(P<0.05).And the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).②After nursing,the SF-36 score was significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05).And the SF-36 scores in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the nursing of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,holistic nursing in the operating room can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients and improve the patients’life quality.
