摘要
综述半枝莲抗肝癌作用机制的研究进展。半枝莲主要化学成分为黄酮类、二萜类、多糖类、挥发油类等,具有多种生物学功效,其作用机制包括抑制细胞增殖、阻滞细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡、诱导细胞自噬、抑制肿瘤转移、抑制肿瘤血管生成、增强机体免疫及增强化疗作用等。
The research progress on anti-hepatic cancer mechanism of Scutellariae Barbatae Herba is reviewed.The main chemical components of Scutellariae Barbatae Herba are flavonoids,diterpenoids,polysaccharides,and volatile oils,etc,which have many biological effects.Its mechanism includes inhibiting cell proliferation,blocking cell cycle,inducing apoptosis andautophagy,inhibiting tumor metastasis and tumor angiogenesis,as well as enhancing immunity and chemotherapeutic effects.
