摘要
目的探讨老年性骨质疏松症患者应用强骨胶囊联合温针灸治疗的价值。方法此次将2017年1月—2019年1月期间在该院治疗的60例老年性骨质疏松症患者纳入此次研究中,按照综合序贯法将所有患者分成两组。对照组30例患者给予口服西药治疗,研究组30例给予强骨胶囊联合温针灸治疗,比较两组患者的骨密度水平、疼痛症状以及生活质量情况,评估临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者在股骨颈(Neck)、Wards三角区以及大粗隆(Torch)处的骨密度相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者在Neck、Wards三角区以及Torch处的骨密度值均明显大于治疗前(P<0.05),并且治疗后研究组患者在Neck、Wards三角区以及Torch处的骨密度值均明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组患者的总有效率为76.66%,显著低于研究组患者的总有效率为96.66%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.192,P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的疼痛(VAS)评分和生活质量(SF-36)评分相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分低于治疗前,SF-36评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),并且研究组患者的VAS评分低于对照组前,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性骨质疏松症患者应用强骨胶囊联合温针灸治疗疗效可靠,可有效提高患者的骨密度,缓解疼痛症状,提高生活质量,值得在临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the value of strong bone capsule combined with warm acupuncture in elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods Sixty patients with senile osteoporosis who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.All patients were divided into two groups according to the comprehensive sequential method.In the control group,30 patients were treated with oral western medicine.30 patients in the study group were given strong bone capsule combined with warm acupuncture.The bone mineral density,pain symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups,and the clinical treatment effect was evaluated.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in bone mineral density between the two groups(Neck),Wards triangle and Torch(P>0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density values in the Neck,Wards triangle,and Torch were significantly greater than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the bone density values of the study group in the Neck,Wards triangle,and Torch were all after treatment,significantly greater than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 76.66%,which was significantly lower than the total effective rate of the study group was96.66%.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(χ~2=5.192,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain(VAS)scores and quality of life(SF-36)scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the SF-36 score was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the study group was lower than that the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than the control group,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of senile osteoporosis patients with strong bone capsule combined with warm acupuncture is effective,which can effectively improve the bone density of patients,relieve pain symptoms and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
