摘要
目的基于R语言,在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)挖掘治疗哮喘发作期(Asthma attack,AA)方药信息,为AA中药治疗提供新思路。方法CNKI中收集中医方剂治疗AA的相关文献,采用R语言进行挖掘分析。结果筛选出170个处方,中药共180味,频次共1949次,使用频次≥26的中药主要为化痰止咳平喘药,性味归经得出药性以温、平为主,药味多为辛、苦、甘,主归肺、脾经,相关系数较高前5味药对组合为解表药和化痰止咳平喘药,关联分析得出核心药物,聚类分析以化痰止咳平喘药、解表药、补虚药为主。结论AA在治疗上是以麻黄、半夏、甘草、款冬花、苦杏仁、紫苏子为核心药物组方,以化痰止咳平喘药、解表药、补气药为主,在此基础上加入平肝熄风药、清热药、收涩药,为今后临床治疗提供一些参考意见。
Objective Based on the R language,excavating the information of prescriptions for the treatment of asthma attack(AA)in the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),and provide new ideas for the treatment of AA with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The literature on the treatment of AA with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions was collected in CNKI,and the R language was used for mining and analysis.Results 170 prescriptions were screened out,with a total of 180 Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 1949.The Chinese medicines with a frequency of≥26 were mainly used for resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma.The nature of the taste of the drug to warm,flat based,mostly for the taste of xin,bitter,sweet,the main lung,spleen.The top 5 drug pairs with higher correlation coefficients for diaphoretic drugs,phlegm antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs,the core drugs are obtained by correlation analysis.The cluster analysis is mainly based on phlegm,antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs,diaphore drugs,and tonic drugs.Heatmap has a more intuitive visualization of the relationship between Chinese medicines.Conclusion The treatment of AA is based on ephedra,pinellia,licorice,coltsfoot,bitter almond,and perilla seed as the core drug prescriptions,and the main prescriptions are phlegm,cough and asthma,diaphore drugs,and tonic medicines.On the basis of the addition of medicines for calming the liver and extinguishing wind,heat-clearing medicines,and astringent medicines,it can provide some reference opinions for clinical treatment in the future.
