2001—2022年青蒿琥酯的文献计量学分析

摘要 目的本研究旨在了解该领域的发展趋势和热点,并预测潜在的研究方向。方法利用文献计量学的方法,从Web of Science Core Collection中收集相关论文,使用Cite Space和VOSviewer进行可视化分析。结果2001—2022年共有4102篇关于青蒿琥酯的英文文章。近年来发表的青蒿琥酯相关的年出版物数量稳步增长。英国参与的研究最多,玛希隆大学是出版物数量最多的机构。疟疾、青蒿素、疗效和癌症等在青蒿琥酯领域是研究热点。严重疟疾、细胞凋亡和铁死亡未来可能成为青蒿琥酯相关研究的重点。结论疟疾和青蒿素是青蒿琥酯研究领域的主要课题。利用文献计量学通过对青蒿琥酯研究的分析,为其更好地应用于临床治疗提供新的思路。 Objective This study aims to identify hotspots in this field and predict future research directions by understanding the development trends and hotspots.Methods we analyzed 4102 papers on artesunate from 2001 to 2022 by using two visualization software,CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Results Our findings indicate that the number of artesunate-related articles published has steadily increased in recent years.The United Kingdom participated in the largest number of studies.Mahidron University is the institution with the largest number of publications.Malaria artemisinin,efficacy and cancer are research hotspots in the field of artesunate.Severe malaria,drug resistance,apoptosis and ferroptosis may be the focus of future artesunate-related research.Conclusion Artesunate research focuses on malaria and artemisinin.As a result of bibliometric analysis,new ideas are provided to improve the clinical application of artesunate.
