大坝安全多源信息融合综合评判体系研究与工程应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用多源信息融合技术,基于巡视检查信息和实时监测数据,结合工程结构特点、地质条件及运行条件,研发了基于产生式规则的多源信息融合模型,建立了大坝安全综合评判体系,搭建了"大坝安全在线监控平台",实现了大坝安全运行状况的在线、快速、准确、实时评价,为大坝运行安全提供了有力的技术手段,有效提高了大坝运行安全管理水平。最后,依托辽宁太平湾大坝进行了工程应用,效果良好。 With multi-source information fusion technique,a production rule-based multi-source fusion model is developed in combination with the structural characteristics,geological condition and operation condition of the relevant project on the basis of related routing inspection information and the real-time monitoring data,and then a comprehensive evaluation system for dam safety is established,while an on-line dam safety monitoring platform is built up as well,thus the on-line,rapid,accurate and real-time evaluation on the operation status of dam safety is realized,which provides a powerful technical means for dam operation safety and effectively enhances the management level of dam operation safety.Finally,an engineering application is made based on Taipingwan Dam in Liaoning Province,from which a better effect is got.
